Job Summary

As a Technical Support, you will assist the Data Outsource’s clients and attend to them by following the service-level agreement (SLA) between the company and the clients. You are responsible in fixing the most urgent issues.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
  • Has previous customer service experience
  • Problem solver
  • Good communication skills to explain technical terms to staff or clients
  • Has excellent time management skills
  • Can work under pressure
  • Meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Making sure that the most urgent issues are worked on immediately
  • Provide consultations and technical support, including various setups, to clients
  • Handle all client questions, complaints, requests, and feedback in a polite way
  • Troubleshoot and report client needs to Data Outsource team
  • Promote company services and products to clients
