Project Coordinator

Job Summary

As a Project Coordinator, your main responsibility is to make sure that project deadlines are met and within budget. You will also assist clients by leading all the necessary modifications for all projects produced by the company.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience working in software development setting
  • Must have good written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge in project management and other administrative tasks
  • Can work on tight deadlines


  • Maintain and monitor projects’ plans, schedules, work hours, and cost
  • Organize and participate in crucial meetings between the company and clients when necessary
  • May sometimes facilitate in-house or virtual meetings and produce minutes to all involved team members
  • Create presentation materials for meetings
  • Coordinate with Data Outsource team and clients on project changes to ensure a smooth process is in place.
  • Provide different teams the needed administrative support
  • Suggest and develop project strategies when necessary
  • Ensure that frameworks and documentations are met in maintaining projects even when there are risks and issues
  • Must have a project management calendar and all other project management tools to keep track of all the projects being handled
