Dynamics CRM Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated person who will review client’s business processes, re-engineer processes to improve efficiency, and implement various tasks required for a successful customer relationship management (CRM) implementation. In this role, you must have knowledge and experience in CRM/ERP (enterprise resource planning) implementation principles and best practices. You must provide implementation and pre-sales support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related ISV (independent software vendor) add-on software solutions.


  • 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications (minimum of Microsoft CRM 2013, understanding or experience of Dynamics ERP and integration tools)
  • Designing, configuring, or administering MS Dynamics CRM
  • MSD CRM:SDK, report writing, installation, configuration, and customizations
  • MS SQL Server/SSRS reporting services experience
  • Exposure to preparation or execution of Unit Testing/Test Case
  • Worked on all phases of the SDLC process
  • A good level of competence with the Microsoft Power Platform and plugins
  • Self-motivated and passionate to succeed in a consulting environment
  • Client facing and excellent communication skills


  • Identify problems, propose, develop, implement, and support the solutions
  • Lead, manage, and execute projects in application software and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) applications
  • Understand the D365 CE portfolio of applications and how they interact with the Power Platform, Office 365, and the Common Data Service (CDS)
  • Build and manage the operational and delivery side of D365 CE application when necessary
  • Present and demo D365 CE software to clients and potential customers.
  • Provide consulting, implementation, and technical support for D365 CE
  • Identify and promote software development opportunities to the marketplace
  • Prepare proposals to clients when required
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers and prospects
  • Maintain current knowledge of D365 CE products and up to date on Microsoft Dynamics product certifications
  • Assist in managing the Support Desk to ensure that clients get accurate and timely feedback to their CRM issues
  • Provide help in pre-implementation activities and project documentation when required
  • May be requested to get certified areas and modules of Dynamics 365 CE
