We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated person who will review client’s business processes, re-engineer processes to improve efficiency, and implement various tasks required for a successful customer relationship management (CRM) implementation. In this role, you must have knowledge and experience in CRM/ERP (enterprise resource planning) implementation principles and best practices. You must provide implementation and pre-sales support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related ISV (independent software vendor) add-on software solutions.
